OUR WARRANTY

Our Collision Repair facility backs all repairs with a written warranty. Any defects in workmanship will be corrected free of charge unless caused by unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle. To obtain service under this warranty, return the vehicle with your original repair receipt to the original repair center.

(GRRS)

Check out our Guaranteed Rapid Repair Service (GRRS) at Van Collision Center located at 1105 Vandergriff Dr. in Carrollton, TX.  Our shop is proud to offer this service to you and your customers.  It is a premier service to help accommodate the customer, by getting than back into their vehicle with minimum down time.

What is Guaranteed Rapid Repair Service (GRRS)?

  • GRRP is the collision center’s attempt to repair and return vehicles with minor collision damage on a 1, 2, or 3 business day process.

What type of collision damage qualifies for the Guaranteed Rapid Repair Service (GRRS) program?

  • Any vehicle with minor damage can qualify for the program.
  • 1 day is $0.00 to $1500.00 with up to 12 hours labor
  • 2 day is $1500.00 to $2500.00 with up to 20 hours labor
  • 3 day is $2500.00 to $3500.00 with up to 28 hours labor

What is the “guarantee” in the GRRS program?

  • If a qualified repair goes over the allotted time to repair, the shop will cover the use of a rental with Enterprise rent a car or (customers choice) 5% of the total repair cost up to $250.00.

Who determines which vehicles qualify for the Guaranteed Rapid Repair Service (GRRS) program?

  • The estimator or authorized associate handling that particular repair will determine which repair will qualify for the program

What helps drive the Guaranteed Rapid Repair Service (GRRS) program?

  • Customer authorization at time of inspection of damages
  • Pre-ordering the parts
  • Paint edges and jambs prior to drop off

What will disqualify a repair from the Guaranteed Rapid Repair Service (GRRS) program?

  • If additional hidden damage is discovered or a delay in gaining approval for supplemental damage.
  • Needed repair parts are not readily available or not received in a timely manner
  • Structural or frame damage not seen before tear down
  • Suspension damage
  • Sublet repairs
